Quality & Testing Engineer
Position Overview
Responsible for the operation and continuous improvement of our testing and quality control systems, ensuring product stability and consistency from raw materials to final delivery.
What Matters Most
- Strong understanding of testing principles and quality systems
- Ability to identify root causes, not just report issues
- Structured thinking and attention to detail
- Ownership in maintaining standards and preventing problems
Who This Is For
We are not looking for inspectors. We are looking for someone who can build and improve systems.
If your focus is only on completing assigned checks, this role may not be suitable.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize testing processes across raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products
- Analyze quality issues and drive corrective actions
- Maintain and improve quality documentation and standards
- Support production with data-driven insights
Additional Notes
Experience in laboratory or quality management is preferred. Compensation is aligned with capability and responsibility.
Engineering / Process Engineer
Position Overview
Responsible for product and process optimization, supporting stable production and continuous technical improvement across different applications.
What Matters Most
- Strong engineering fundamentals and practical understanding
- Ability to solve real production problems, not just theoretical ones
- Logical thinking and structured problem-solving
- Willingness to iterate and improve over time
Who This Is For
We are not looking for someone who only follows instructions.We are looking for someone who can take ownership of technical problems and improve outcomes.
If you prefer clearly defined tasks without ambiguity, this role may not be suitable.
Key Responsibilities
- Support production with technical solutions and process optimization
- Analyze product performance and improve reliability
- Collaborate with sales and customers on technical requirements
- Participate in new product development and testing
Additional Notes
Experience in wire, materials, or manufacturing environments is a plus. Compensation is aligned with capability and long-term contribution.
